Baby Yoga Course

Our Baby Yoga course is a gentle and nurturing five-week journey designed to support bonding, relaxation, and your baby’s early physical awareness, while also supporting your own wellbeing.

Drawing on simple, age-appropriate movements inspired by yoga, these sessions encourage gentle stretching, body awareness, and coordination in a calm and supportive environment. We also include soothing breathing and relaxation techniques to help create a shared sense of calm for both you and your baby.

Through playful, guided movement, Baby Yoga offers a safe and supportive space for your baby to explore physical development while strengthening your connection together. 🌈✨

Cost: 5-week course (75-min sessions) - £60

What to Expect:

Course Information:

Our five-week Baby Yoga course includes 75-minute sessions designed for babies aged 8–20 weeks. Baby Yoga is a wonderful complement to Baby Massage, supporting your baby’s development through movement, connection, songs, rhymes, and gentle interaction.

The course focuses on supporting muscle tone, coordination, flexibility, sensory awareness, and early developmental movement patterns in a fun and nurturing way.  Each class also includes our gentle AnandaStretch postnatal breathing and movement exercises for parents, followed by a calming AnandaChill relaxation and mindfulness session for both you and your baby.

The full five-week course is £60.

Classes Atmosphere:

Classes take place in a cosy, calm, and welcoming space where babies are always free to lead the way. You are encouraged to attend to your baby’s needs at any time, whether that means feeding, changing, cuddling, or settling them to sleep.  We aim to create a relaxed and supportive experience for both parent and baby.

Expectant Parents Welcome:

If you are expecting your baby, you are warmly welcome to join the course using our weighted baby dolls. This offers a lovely opportunity to build confidence and learn techniques before your little one arrives.

 

What to Bring:

Please bring a soft towel or blanket for your baby to lie on during the class, helping them feel comfortable and familiar in the space.

Mats for both parent and baby are provided.

Continue the Journey:

Once the course is complete, you will feel confident continuing Baby Yoga practices at home and enjoying the many benefits they bring.

For babies over 16 weeks who are becoming more active and mobile, we also offer Advanced Baby Yoga classes to further support movement, coordination, and development.

Private Sessions and Group Courses:

We also offer private one-to-one sessions and group courses for friends who would prefer a more personalised experience.
